This listing is for a digital STL file that will let you 3d print a bracket that will allow any taillight with 50mm spaced mounting holes to be secured to your saddle rails, tucked nicely out of the way under the seat, but in a nice high position for good visibility.

Many of you have asked for us to make it a product for sale, but we are releasing it as a downloadable file first, for you to 3D print for yourself, along with a fixings list for the mounting hardware. If there is enough demand, a physical product may follow.

In terms of wire routing for dynamo lights, the hardware list will depend on each individual setup. Some seat posts have room for the wiring to be routed internally, some will require modification if you wish to do this. We printed our own mounts in PLA with 100% infill, this worked well with our Creality Ender, though we are not 3D printing experts. Some of you will have more knowledge in this area and will perhaps want to experiment with different filament types, colours and infills. Once you have the file, you can do this.

Hardware list:

M5 x 20mm S/S Cap Head x 2
M5 x 16mm SS Countesunk Bolt x 2 (For SON Taillights)
M5 S/S Nylon Nuts x 4

The countersunk bolts will work for SON, Supernova E3, Busch Muller Toplight Line small and similar. Other lights may require different fixings.
